Notice is hereby given that the Nottingham Planning Board will hold a Public Meeting/Hearing on Wednesday, December 19, 2007, commencing at 7:00 PM, in Conference Room 1 at the Town Municipal Office.  The Planning Board will be discussing the following:

Public Meetings/Hearings

1.      Subdivision Application (acceptance, compliance, and final approval of a 2-lot subdivision) – LaPointe, Grace – 131 Raymond Road – Map 63 Lot 80-1 – Case #P07-11-SUB.
2.      Subdivision Application (acceptance, compliance, and final approval of a 3-lot subdivision) – Paul and Leslie Longueil Revocable Trust of 1996, Paul and Leslie Longueil, Trustees – Cooper Hill Road – Map 16 Lot 15A – Case #P07-15-SUB.
3.      Design Review Application for a 2-lot subdivision – Bonser, Mary & Terry for Cedar Waters Village General Partnership – 320± acre parcel which fronts both Smoke Street and McCrillis Road – Map 23 Lot 2 – Case #P07-17-SUBDR.  DESIGN REVIEW ONLY – NO ACCEPTANCE OR APPROVAL.
4.      Design Review Application for a multi-family and a condominium site plan – Bonser, Mary & Terry for Cedar Waters Village General Partnership – Proposed 79.92± acre parcel which fronts McCrillis Road – Proposed parcel is currently part of Map 23 Lot 2 – Case #P07-18-SITDR.  DESIGN REVIEW ONLY – NO ACCEPTANCE OR APPROVAL.
5.      Discussion – Nottingham Conservation Commission – Proposal of conservation subdivisions.

If applications are accepted and time permits, the public hearing will be immediately following.
