The NOTTINGHAM RECREATION DEPARTMENT offers Soccer and Flag Football. Both programs start in August and run through the fall with registrations beginning in May.
The NOTTINGHAM YOUTH ASSOCIATION offers Basketball and Baseball/Softball. Their Basketball program runs during the winter with registrations starting in October.
They have Little League baseball/softball as well as Babe Ruth baseball which runs in the spring with registrations starting in January. Their forms can be found at the NYA box at Liar's Paradise, at the Rec Dept. office, online and also at several registration nights held at town events.
The NOTTINGHAM JUNIOR BASEBALL LEAGUE has Cal Ripken Rookie Baseball teams for the Rookie, Minor and Major levels with registrations starting in January. Their forms can be found online at nottinghambaseball.org
SOCCER is for boys and girls K-6 and also for Pre-schoolers (3 and 4 years old). The K-2 and the 3rd -6th grade soccer programs takes place in the fall with registrations starting in April. Both programs start with evaluation days in mid August.
Pre-school soccer is a six week program starting in September with registration available in August.
Registrations form can be found online on this website as well as posted on the bulletin board outside of the Recreation office in the town office building.
FLAG FOOTBALL is for boys and girls, ages 6-12 through Exeter Recreation's NFL program. 7th and 8th graders who are interested in playing the 5 games in Newmarket under the lights should contact the recreation department for more information. Evaluation day is Saturday, August 27th at 9am. Deadline is July 22, 2011. Please get your registration forms in as soon as possible.
