Come to LEGO Camp this summer here in Nottingham!

Pre-Engineering AGES 5-8, 9am - 12 noon
Let your imagination run wild with over 100,000 pieces of LEGO®! Build engineer-designed projects such as boats, bridges, mazes and motorized cars, and use special pieces to create your own unique design! Explore the endless creative possibilities of the LEGO® building system with the guidance of an experienced Play-Well instructor. This is an ideal way to prepare young builders for the challenge of Engineering FUNdamentals.
Engineering FUNdamentals AGES 8-11, 1pm - 4pm
Power up your engineering skills with Play-Well TEKnologies and over 100,000 pieces of LEGO®! Apply real-world concepts in physics, engineering, and architecture through engineer-designed projects such as arch bridges, skyscrapers, motorized cars, and the Battletrack! Design and build as never before, and explore your craziest ideas in a supportive environment. An experienced instructor will challenge new and returning students to engineer at the next level.
Cost: $125 for the week for either session. Optional: Add only $40 for transportation to and participation in the Recreation Department’s summer program on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. (Sorry Wednesday unavailable due to field trip.)
DEADLINES: Nottingham Residents ONLY can register before May 31.
Registration is open to children from other towns after May 31.
Registration deadline July 1. After deadline if space is available, add $10.
Anticipated location: The School or Old Town Hall (across the street from the library)
Legos are for use in the program only and not to be taken home.
Minimum enrollment: 12 each session Maximum enrollment: 24 each session
