Holiday Parade & Party
December 3, 2005
Our final event each year, in conjunction with the Police and Fire Departments (and with help from many other town departments!) is the Holiday Parade. The parade, led by the Police Department and the Selectmen with Santa bringing up the rear, winds through town near the Community Center. Once the parade comes back to the Community Center, everyone is invited inside to have nice warm drinks and delicious holiday treats. In 2009, we partnered with the PTA to present the Children's Craft Workshop after the parade.  Crafts are available for the children to create items to give away.  Some of the crafts are free and others have a small fee.
Santa joins us at the event and pictures with Santa are a must.  All groups are welcome to participate in the parade but please call the Recreation office to let them know in advance.  The event is offered free of charge.

The Holiday Parade and Party is scheduled for Saturday, December 4, 2010.

If you have questions or would like to help out, don't hesitate to give us a call!
