In response to the economy and a desire for a simplified payment policy….the following is the new payment plan for 2011.
2011 Payment Policy for Camp and Pioneers.
A one time early registration fee of $15.00 for
summer programs is due upon registration by May 27th.
The registration fee after May 27th is $25.00. All payments must be made to the Town of Nottingham.
Cost of Camp/Pioneer (8:00 am - 5:30 am)
*Please Note –
Any child picked up after 5:30 will be charged $1.00 per minute – please be on time!*
Per Week…………………………………………….……...………..$80.00
Per Day ……….….......$25.00 (except 8/24…$35.00)
Scheduled activities/trips will be held from 9:00am—3:30pm
In extreme cases we may be able to provide before care as early as 7:30 am. Space is limited. Please call 679-3435 to discuss.
Above costs include all special program events and activities.
NOTE: All payments are due Thursday the week prior to your child attending camp. If payment is received after Thursday of the prior week you will be charged a $10.00 late fee.

Wednesday, July 13 - Canobie Lake Park $45
Wednesday, July 20 - Splashtown $40
Wednesday, July 27 - Gunstock Adventure Center $TBD
Wednesday, August 3 - Hampton Beach State Park $30
Wednesday, August 10 - Hiking $25
Wednesday, August 17 - Funtown $45
Wednesday, August 24 - Water Country $35
Scholarship money is available for all programs based on criteria including unique contributions, academic excellence, financial need etc. We have some grant money available to assist you. Please ask early. Call the Recreation Director at 679-3435 to discuss funding assistance.
Funding is provided through an Incentive Fund Grant from the NHDHHS.
We also accept payments from the State for eligible families.
