Summer Programs Payment Information
2010 payment schedule
A one time registration fee of $15.00 is due upon registration by May 28th. The registration fee after May 28th is $25.00.
Register and pay for the full summer (all 7 weeks) by May 28th and deduct $75.00!
All payments must be made to the Town of Nottingham.
Cost of Camp, Pioneers, and Trailblazers:
Per Week………….....................................…...………..$75.00
Per day (except Fridays for Pioneers/Trailblazers and 8/27 for all is $35.00- see below)...................$25.00
This includes all costs from 9:00 am-3:30 pm. Second and subsequent family members pay only $70.00 per week.
Cost of Extended Care:
Extended care programming is available from 8:00 – 9:00 am and 3:30 – 5:30 pm.
Early drop-off only……………………………...$5.00 per day
Late departure only…………………………......$10.00 per day
Early drop-off and late departure………….….…$40.00 per week
*Please Note – there is a 5 minute grace period for dropping off and picking up children to/from regular camp. That is, children dropped off before 8:55 or picked up after 3:35 will be charged for extended care. Any child picked up after 5:30 will be charged $1.00 per minute – please be on time!*
Friday Trips:
Friday trips are included in the cost of the Pioneer and Trailblazer programs for participants who attend three out of the four other days that week. Those who do not meet the attendance requirements must pay the amount below.
All youth in the area (going into grades 5-8) can go on these trips, not just the Pioneers and Trailblazers!
July 16 - Vertical Dreams - 9 am-3:30 pm - $35.00
July 23 - Hampton Beach State Park- 9 am-3:30 pm - $30.00
July 30 - Canoeing - 9 am-3:30pm - $30.00
August 6 - Hiking - 9 am-3:30 pm - $30.00
August 13 - History Tour - 9 am-3:30 pm - $30.00
August 20 - Wallis Sands - 9 am-5:30 pm - $30.00
August 27 - Water Country - 9 am-5:30pm - $35.00
Most trips leave at 9:00 am and return by 3:30 pm or later, (as noted above - no charge for early departures or late returns) depending on trip.
Schedule is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit the number of participants. Sign up early! You must sign up in the Rec. office by the Wednesday prior to the trip.
Scholarship funding is available for these programs based on criteria including unique contributions, academic excellence, financial need etc. We have grant money available to assist you. Please ask early. Call the Recreation Department Director at 679-3435 x7 and ask to confidentially discuss funding assistance. Funding is provided through an Incentive Fund Grant from the NHDHHS.
