The Board of Selectmen adopted the following policy on June 6, 2005 regarding access to and removal of materials from Town property.
• Removal and or use of sand, gravel, stone, cold patch or any other material from Town property by residents is NOT allowed and is unlawful. (With the exception of the Winter Salt & Sand Policy.)
• Access to or use of Town property outside of regular business hours is prohibited. Use of Town property during sanctioned activities that are outside of regular business is allowed.
• Residents are asked not to interfere with Highway Department or any Town employees or equipment that are working at the Town Highway Garage or on Town projects in any location.
• Residents should contact the Town Office with any requests or concerns regarding Town employees.
