Notice is hereby given that the Nottingham Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting on Tuesday, June 22, 2010, commencing at 7:00 PM, in Conference Room 1 at the Town Municipal Office.  The Zoning Board of Adjustment will be public hearing the following case:

Public Hearing(s):

Case 10-03-AV   Application from Andrew & Caryn Anderson for a Area Variance to Article VI Section A.Z & Section E, to allow a inground pool that will have a side setback of 20’ instead of 50” and a 40’setback instead of 50’ from Hydric B soils.  The lot in question is located at 20 Camelot Court, identified as Tax Map 38 Lot 43, and is owned by Andrew & Caryn Anderson.
