Proposed changes to the Nottingham Zoning Ordinance

NOTTINGHAM PLANNING BOARD  

The Nottingham Planning Board held a Public Hearing on Wednesday January 12, 2022 and voted on the following proposed changes to the Nottingham Zoning Ordinance:

1.  Adopt a new definition and methodology for measuring building height.    This zoning amendment includes two additional related definitions.

2. Adopt new setbacks for driveway and a new definition for driveway and common driveway.   A driveway to a single lot shall be setback 10' from any property line.  

These proposed changes are consistent with the action items within the current Master Plan and more details are provided in the attachments below.
