Public Hearing

Per RSA 36-A:5 II, the Nottingham Conservation Commission shall hold a public hearing pursuant to RSA 675:7.

This hearing will be held during a pause in the Board of Selectmen meeting Monday May 23rd at 7pm in Conference Room #1 at the Nottingham Community Center 139 Stage Road Nottingham.

This is to consider expenditures from the Conservation Fund to retire debt from conservation easements and assist in the debt service on land located at Map 29 Lot 8, also known as Mulligan Forest.

This meeting is a continuation of the publc hearing held by the Conservation Commission on May the 9th.
