Flip the Tarp 

Description: Teamwork is an important skill to work on throughout your entire life, especially at After Care and Summer camp, where we have dozens of participants across different ages all spending time together. The Flip the Tarp challenge simulates a situation in which a team must work together, even when it is hard. The object is to have a group of 5 participants stand on a tarp (or a blanket, sheet, etc.) and flip it over without anyone leaving the surface. This takes a lot of communication, and the achievement will only be awarded to groups who are able to complete the task in a kind and calm manner!

Objectives:

• Make a group of 5 participants
• All 5 participants stand on a tarp
• Tarp must be flipped to the other side without anyone stepping off
• Once tarp is flipped, you will earn your charm!
• Charms can only be earned by groups who are judged (by staff) to have cooperated kindly and calmly throughout the whole process.
