Good evening.  My statement here tonight is in reference 
to the proposed development off Gile Rd. I would like to 
respectfully urge the planning board to strongly consider 
what they are continuing to allow development wise 
within our community. Mr. Falzone has continually and 
consistently taken advantage of Nottingham‘s land as a 
source of profit for himself. While I understand the 
pendulum of progress is forever changing let us consider 
what we have been given and cherish for our small 
community to pass down to the next generation. We are 
not an Exeter, Greenland, or even Stratham where Mr. 
Falzone resides - we are Nottingham. A town with our own 
ideals and traditions. Mr. Falzone will clearly not rest until 
every last buildable lot has been built upon. This however 
proposes an ever growing problem for the Town of 
Nottingham. Infrastructure such as our school facilities, 
stress on fire and police services, and increased taxes are 
all being  affected. Please consider the implications of our 
small town values and atmosphere that we cherish and 
hope to protect. Thank you for your time.
