Hello,

The question came up about ownership for the above property.

The property at the above location has been owned by James & Lynn Crowell
Since 2003.    
The Registry of Deeds recorded the deed at 
Book 4030   Page 2876   May 12th of 2003.  

The mailing address for this property is 9 Lookout Point Road.

For a short amount of time, the Crowells also owned Map 71 Lot 53, 7 Lookout Point
Road, and had 7 Lookout Point as their mailing address for both properties.

The Crowells sold 7 Lookout Point in 2013 to Mark and Roblyn Badalato and 
The Registry of Deeds recorded that at 
Book 5495  0786 Nov 18, 2003.

It seems the address of 7 and 9 has created some confusion in old records.
These seem to be addresses for mailing only.

I hope this clears things up, please let me know if you need anything else.
