As of December 20, 2016 the Town Clerk will accept credit card payments for all Town Clerk transactions: Vehicle Registrations, Dog Licenses, Vital Records (birth, death, divorce, marriage, etc.), and Boat Registrations.
Users will pay a Transaction Fee of 2.79% based on the grand total of the transaction. Users will see two separate payment transactions: one for the registration amount and a second for the Transaction Fee, labeled “EB2GOV”.
Ex: $100.00 Registration Fee + $2.79 Transaction Fee = $102.79 charged to your credit card.
Cards with the Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express logos are all welcome. Visa and MasterCard debit cards will be run as a credit card.
