The Phrase "Town Meeting" is used as both the Deliberation Session and Election Day are two halves of a process that is our Town Meeting.
Even though we are now SB2 and don't have a traditional Town Meeting any more, the phrase is still used. Decisions are deliberated on in the first half and voted on in the second half.
