Avitar Assessors are in Town

Avitar Associates currently have data collectors working throughout town to verify assessing information.   These visits are to confirm data via permits issued through the Nottingham Code Enforcement Office.  They are also visiting newly constructed properties and are confirming recent sales.

Nottingham completes a full town-wide revaluation every 5 years, next review will be 2025.

Permitting the data collector onto and into your property will verify that the data on your property record card is correct.

Please call the Nottingham Assessing Office with any questions during regular business hours at (603) 679-5022.

PLEASE NOTE: Avitar vehicles are almost always white in color - either a Toyota Highlander or Honda CR-V and are marked with a logo similar to below.  Employees will have ID badges and do check in at the town offices prior to working in the field. If your property has a Ring doorbell, security cameras or similar, they do their best to park with the vehicle and logo visible to you.  If you are not at home, they may leave a card asking to follow up for interior data confirmation.
