Town staff support elected officials in management and oversight of the town's financial affairs:
The Treasurer is responsible for the custody, deposit, and disbursement of town funds.
The Tax Collector is responsible for collecting property taxes and other levies such as land use and yield taxes.
The Trustees of the Trust Funds administer trusts and reserve funds held by the Town.
The Board of Selectmen have a variety of financial duties, including establishment of procedures, authorization of expenditures that are appropriated by Town Meeting, and perparing financial reports for the state.
