Town Beach
The Nottingham Town Beach is located off of Deerfield Road, near the intersection with Flutter Street. The access trail to the town beach is located on private property. Permission has been granted to the town and its residents to use the trail to access the town beach in-season during the posted hours only. Please be respectful of the property owners and stay on the trail to the town beach.
The town beach is to be used at your own risk. We ask that you help us keep the town beach clean by carrying out, what you carry in. There are Porta-potties on site, and the beach is open from 9am-7pm the Saturday of the observed Memorial Day weekend through the Monday observed as Labor Day. The gate to the beach access trail closes promptly at 7 PM, please plan your departure accordingly. When the gate is closed, the access trail is also closed. There shall be no parking at the gate when the gate is closed.
Safe swimming guidelines:
- Stay in shallows
- Wear a life vest
- Don’t swim alone
- Swim in designated areas
- NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
