Invitation to Bid - Paving Services

The Town of Nottingham NH is seeking bids for the paving of three roads to be machine laid. 

Please submit a price per ton and amount of pavement per road in a similar format to the one attached below. 

All quotes should be delivered to the Nottingham Selectmen’s Office by 12:00 pm on April 25, 2023.  Quotes should include grading, compaction, tack coat, joint ground, lane joint adhesive, driveway aprons, and flaggers. Aprons to meet Town specs as they apply to paved roads. All paved driveways will be notched to match the new pavement. Material and installation specifications are listed on the attachment.  Base course thickness of 2 ½ inches. Top wearing course of 1 ½ inches. 

To be completed in 2023, the wearing course may be delayed to early 2024 if conditions/schedule dictate. If the wearing course is delayed to the following year, then the base course will need shoulder graveling.
