Public Hearing Notice

Pursuant to RSA 31:95-b, notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to obtain input regarding the Town’s acceptance of unanticipated revenues.  The first in the amount of $47,011.76 is associated with Highway Block Grant Aid - Apportionment A.  This apportionment is based on the Town’s mileage of Class IV and Class V highways, as well as the population. The second in the amount of $25,991.17 is a one-time payment for maintenance, construction, or reconstruction of municipally owned bridges. 

This hearing shall be held for the purpose of providing an opportunity for the public to offer comment on the acceptance of these funds. The Selectboard will hold this public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, December 18, 2023, at 7:00 PM, 139 Stage Road, Nottingham, NH.
