Capron Easement
now Dandelion Forest Farm

Southeast Land Trust recently assisted in the land at 311 Stage Road being placed in a conservation easement.
What was formerly the land surrounding the home of Rhoda and Steve Capron (Rhoda was a former Town Librarian) is now Dandelion Forest Farm and the site of some of the richest farming soil in the area. Read more about the process and the new stewards in the attached article below.
