Declaring our Independence
July 4th 2023 Rain or Shine!

The Declaration of Independence will be read by Chris Reagan in front of the DAR Building at Nottingham Square on the morning of July 4th.
This tradition began and continued for decades at Demmon's Store.
Music will be provided by Judith McGann, Jeff Murdock, Linn Schulz and friends.
Plan to attend from 8 to 10 am. Bring a lawn chair!
Donations will be accepted for the light refreshments available.
In the event of rain, this event will be moved to inside the DAR building.
