Eversource Updating Transmission Structures

Eversource is working to replace transmission structures in Deerfield, Nottingham, Barrington, Lee, Durham and Madbury.  This project is one of several meant to improve the reliability of the electric system serving our communities.

Crews from Michael's Power and Supreme Industries will be working to replace wood transmission structures and communication wire.  This work will take place within the power line corridor between Cate Road in Deerfield to Madbury.  New Steel structures will replace damaged wood poles.  These structures will be resistant to insect and woodpecker damage, as well as be more resilient during storms.  

  • There will be no interruption in your service.   
  • All people working on this project carry identification.  The Michael's Power logo is shown here  Michels Power Logoand all vehicles are marked.  
  • Construction activity will take place within the power line corridor in Deerfield, Nottingham, Barrington, Lee, Durham and Madbury NH.
  • Construction hours are Monday thorugh Saturday, 7:00 am through 7:00 pm.  

Construction will occur in phases and the project is expected to be complete by Winter of 2022.  Please keep in mind this schedule may change due to weather and unexpected circumstances.
