July Tax Bills

July Tax Bills (your "First Issue Tax Bill") are being processed and will be mailed out shortly.  They are due July 5, 2022.  

Two tax bills are issued each year. The July bill is generally equal to one half of last year’s full year bill.

The December bill (your "Second Issue Tax Bill") calculates the full year at the new tax rate, set by the State of NH, typically in November.

Therefore, the second bill is larger for most properties.

Don't forget!  You now have the option to pay directly through the Tax Kiosk linked here - some fees do apply.
