Rec Level Wrestling
Rec level wrestling is a great opportunity for beginner wrestlers or wrestlers that only want to learn wrestling and not compete in tournaments. The wrestlers will learn the basics of folkstyle wrestling with specific instruction on the execution of take downs, defending take downs, top control, bottom escapes, and various pinning (falls) techniques. Wrestlers will get an opportunity to test what they have learned in a couple dual meets that will be setup later in the season. Duals are optional for the rec level athletes. Not tournament eligible for this level!
Who: K-6th Grade
When: Tuesday and Thursday, November-February
Time: 5:15PM-6:30PM
Cost: $135 for the whole program!!

Generals Tournament Team
The Granite State Generals Tournament Team is made up of dedicated wrestlers that want to train and compete on a regular basis in tournaments and duals. The team will practice three days a week with extended practice time to work on advanced technique, drills, and live wrestling. The tournament team will compete at select tournaments in the ‘23-‘24 season. Tournament entry fees are separate from the cost of the program and will require individual registration. Get serious, join the Generals!

ALL WRESTLERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A USA WRESTLING MEMBERSHIP, this is required by our insurance company.
