Public Hearing Notice

The Nottingham Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Nottingham Community Center, 139 Stage Road, in conjunction with the Select Board meeting.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider the expenditure of up to $410,000 from the Conservation Fund to acquire approximately 104.75 acres on Old Gile Road (Tax Map 38, Lots 34, 36, 38, and 40).

The parcels are located behind the Community Center, extending from the North River area behind Camelot Court northward, and are being considered for conservation and potential future use as a town forest.
