Community Newsletter
The Nottingham Community Newsletter is a volunteer community service, published bimonthly since 1999. It is funded through the Town’s Operating Budget, donations, and advertising revenue.
The Nottingham Community Newsletter is dedicated to informing and connecting the residents of Nottingham. Our mission is to provide timely, accurate and engaging content that reflects the heart of our town. We aim to foster a sense of community, encourage civic engagement, and serve as a source of non-biased news, events and information.
Every Nottingham household will receive a printed copy of the Newsletter in their mailbox for 6 issues: (2026) Jan/Feb, March/April, May/June, July/Aug, Sept/Oct, Nov/Dec.
Each issue of the Newsletter is also posted on this site, in color with live links!

Submissions:
Would your organization or committee like to be added to our submission reminder emails sent out prior to each deadline? Send your contact info to the email address above and we will add you to the list.
● Deadline is the 10th of the month prior to the issue (ie: submissions for the May/June issue are due April 10th).
● Each submission must identify the person, organization, Town board, committee or department that is providing the information, including contact information so we can reach out if more info is needed.
● We reserve the right to edit for length, spelling, grammar, space availability and content suitability that aligns with our mission.
Please limit your submission to 200 words or less.
● We will not accept articles that are opinion or editorial (“op/ed”) in nature, or have negative content. Our purpose is to provide factual information, events and news about the Town in a positive way.
Please use other venues for expressing your opinions, if that is your intent.
● All news and related graphics (if applicable) should be sent as attachments via email to: [email protected] Reach out to us if you need help!
● Each submission should be sent as a Microsoft Word file,Google docs, Libre Office (free app), or text file. It should be a separate file attached to the email rather than embedded in the email itself.
● Any photos or graphics should be sent as a high resolution jpg, png, bmp or tiff format file of a large size so it will be of acceptable quality for printing. (Files that appear on your computer screen may appear pixelated in print if they are of low resolution)
ADVERTISING:
Space is limited!
● Cost is $40 per issue (2 months) for Nottingham residents and $50 per issue for others. Your ad will appear on the Town website in color with live links for at least one year, and will be printed and mailed to every Nottingham household.
● Please provide a high resolution graphic version of your ad (300 dpi) and measure 3 ½” x 2” (normal business card size), along with your payment.

● Advertising checks and/or donations may be made out to: Town of Nottingham - Newsletter (indicate if it is a donation or a payment)
