Seeking Community Volunteers for Zoning & Regulation Update Subcommittee

The Planning Board is seeking community volunteers to participate in a newly established subcommittee that will review potential zoning and regulation updates, including performance standards for data center uses.

The subcommittee was created by the Planning Board at its meeting last Wednesday, June 3rd and will evaluate existing regulations and develop recommendations for potential updates.

First Meeting:
Wednesday, June 17, at 7:00 PM
Meeting Room in the Community Center, 139 Stage Road, Nottingham

The meeting is open to all residents interested in providing input and helping shape future zoning policies. Members of the Planning Board will attend the initial meeting to help launch the effort and discuss the subcommittee's goals and work plan.  Residents with an interest in land use, zoning, economic development, technology infrastructure, or community planning are encouraged to attend.  Community participation is an important part of the process, and all interested residents are welcome.
