Notice is hereby given that the Nottingham Planning Board will hold a meeting on

Wednesday March 25, 2020 commencing at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room 1

at the Town Municipal Office.

Public Hearing

  • Review and consider request from resignation from Teresa Bascom- due to Town Meeting being rescheduled her term isn’t considered over yet
  •  Review and consider continuation requests from:
    • Continuation- CASE #19-011-SUB- Application from Jeffrey and Susan Paradis, for a four-lot subdivision on a Scenic Road which may include tree cutting.  The property, owned by Jeffrey and Susan Paradis, is located on Poor Farm Road in Nottingham, NH and is identified as Tax Map 58 Lot 7-1.
      • This case has been heard on November 13, 2019 and was continued to December 11, 2019.The Notice for the November 13, 2019 case omitted the fact that the proposed Subdivision is on a Scenic Road.
    • Notice is hereby given that the Nottingham Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in accordance with RSA 231:158 II, on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at 7:00 PM, in Conference Room 1 at the Municipal Town Office, 139 Stage Road, Nottingham, NH 03290. The purpose of this hearing is to discuss a request from Eversource Energy for tree trimming/removal on the following scenic roads: Stevens Hill Rd., Case Rd., Gile Rd., Ledge Farm Rd., Mitchell Rd., and Poor Farm Rd.
    • Continuation- CASE #20-001-SUB- Application from Beals Associates, PLLC, for a five-lot.  The property, owned by Laurel Miller, is located on Mill Pond Road in Nottingham, NH and is identified as Tax Map 24 Lot 41-002.
